I am writing with grief that even after repeated emails on an issue, nobody in the company is even cared to respond through email or call.
I was promised that there will be reduction in the monthly bill of broadband if the power is taken from my house. But the reduction was not applied for this month.
No one attends the call if called to customer care.
I raised issue through 24/7 support through app but I am getting automated emails from ACT that my waiver got rejected.
No one is calling for the dispute to ask what is the problem and no one answers in the customer care.
And I am not able to raise the same issue again through 24/7 as it says “The issue is resolved”. How can they resolve issue without even getting a consent from who raised the issue?
I raised it to nodal office and appellate authority also but I get a default email from them that someone would contact me.
But no one had ever contacted me for the issue.
I have also mentioned multiple times that my bill due date is nearing but they were least bothered and I know that automatically charges will be additionally levied if bill date is passed.
Please help.
