Though paying ontime every week getting disconnection and it’s really bothering as salary getting affected and my son classes getting affectrd which is worst service. Even customer care ppl are so arrogant and not responsive

We ( myself and my husband Vijay) are unable to reach to your helpdesk, despite calling multiple time from different phone numbers to your Call center ( +91 – [protected], +91 – [protected] and[protected] at different time zones for the past 3 days.
We are asking for the Account Name to be changed ( SR[protected] = Name Change Request.), We need a solution for the request. Can someone from ACT revert.
It is miserable the way we are getting treated despite being a customer with ACT for more than 5 years. Even the basic feature of reaching out to Customer care has become impossible through all the numbers that you have displayed in the website.
I just call customer care number ( Name: Mohammad )and ask her to change my plan and he is just arguing with me saying we cant change the plan right now so please take action on him
ACT Fibernet — Internet not working – multiple tickets – bad customer service – laziness in local technician.

Many other tickets have not been attached as it got lost due to phone upgrade.
This is report that the unprofessional, punctuality issue of the local technician in my area.
The tech was intimated 2 months ago about the below situation
1. The small internet box was installed
many years ago into my neighborhood.
2. The place where the box was installed
had to be renovated.
3. Multiple intimations were given to act by
me and all my neighbours from 2 and a

Into 24 hours without my consent
They had to be opened multiple times.

It is very disgusting to see that the company has been doing nothing to resolve this matter, the tech has come and he has taken the box away the whole area has no internet and the tech’s cannot just do one small job.
The cables used by Fibernet are cat5 cables.
We are living in 2021. For Godsake!! How can cat5 give u fiber speed? All o[censored]s have 125mbps package.
The whole area looks to have a better service but unfortunately this is the only service available in our area. ..

Its about stability we as your consumers being as employees show at our work.
We hope consumer complaints being the best and renowned ombudsman will intervene and sternly take action into this matter…

My account is in suspended mode, I tried calling customer care around 10 times but no one picks up the call. I have done payment also, its still suspended and I am not getting any support.
Tenth Attempt here to Get Response from ACT team
Act connection has been disconnected saying “requested by customer or amount due” which was ACT Billing team issue.
This disconnections have caused major impact to my multiple conference calls with my customer and have to switch to mobile data. It impacted my children’s online classes too.
Let’s see how much act customer care team care for their customers and how act is going to address my issue.
Worst experience, I paid 3800 Rs and took connection in the month of Apr but from day one the internet dint work and i have raised close to 30+ complaints till Jun end but no use, In the last week of June customer support said there is a issue with power box, so they cannot solve the issue and suggested me to request for refund. So based their suggestion i sent an email requesting cancellation and refund but there was no response, they kept the connection live but cannot use internet/internet doeswork. Even after multiple complaints they neither refunded nor i could use the internet. after three months i received an email stating that i will have to pay bill amount around 800+, so i called customer care and explained/asked why i should pay, he respond saying even if internet doesnt work we have to pay. such bad and worst experince. customer support is trained in such way that they repeat same answer for all question and they close the ticket.
The issue that I have experienced was: The internet service was not provided due to relocation of the junction box setup at my residence. The outage started from 05/May/2021 till 04/Jul/2021. For these period the payment was made already and since the service outage was caused due to delay by ACT service provider. I had opened multiple tickets and also sent multiple emails to their customer care and also Nodal Officer. But no proper action is taken yet.

Adjust the billing amount with 2 months service outage charge, since they did not provide service.

Hi, I have an Internet connection and have been facing issues every second day. I have raised many many complaints / requests to resolve the issues, but your technicians demand money to come and check the Issue and it gets resolved for 1-2 days and again the Internet does not work.
Everytime i call customer care, all they say is we are sorry for the Inconvenience we will look into it and no further action is taken from ACT.
You send Prompt reminders for payments, but NO SERVICE.

I had requested for a new connection 31/07/2021 and made payment of Rs. 3841.00. Immediately after a few hours I call up the sales agent (Manoj) and informed I would like to withdraw my new connection request. The agent then told me he’s requested for a refund to be processed and the accounts team will call you to take the details for the refund (why will they call me to to take the details when they already have it?) I have since been calling the customer care number but I’m unable to connect to them because the IVR says there is no account number linked to my number. And when I reach the sales team for the same they just disconnect the call.
