Hi,
I have applied for ACT connection almost 5 days back and made payment for 3 months plan through their app. Initially a technician came to my home with a wrong router for which i had asked him to check with his team since it would not support my plan he refused to do so. I later spoke to customer care myself and asked them to advice him . He later understood his mistake but never turned up again for the connection. The connection has not been done yet . I have called the customer care multiple times also have sent mail to them, nodal officer and other escalation email id provided by them in their website.
Whenever i call the customer support just tells it will be resolved within 24 hrs also when a mail to sent to them i get a automated response telling it will be resolved withing 24 hrs but nothing happens after that.
I requested for refunding my money since the ACT group is not bothered about my connection and this delay and ignorance of customer is not acceptable. I don’t get any response to that as well.
Even the nodal officer and other escalation email is not useful since i didn’t get any response from them after sending mail to them.
