I had disconnected my ACT Fibernet connection around 11th of May and I haven’t received the refund amount yet. Today is 08th April and almost after 1 month, when I call the customer care, they say the team has declined the refund saying I have used more than 12 months which is just plain lie. Why even does the team resort to lying? Are they that unprofessional? They don’t even call to confirm with me if I had used for more than 12 months, but take their own initiative by lying.
And the customer care executives are ready to write a ticket every time I call them, but the ticket gets closed automatically after around 2 days. This is pathetic!
Please arrange the refund without hassle!
