Incorrectly showing abnormal and huge usage of data to the extent of 250GB per day. No transparency in usage updated in ACT app.And not giving any resolution to the tickets that i raised, they are closing the tickets without any resolution or proper interaction atleast.
They are showing fake usage data and forcing the customers to buy additional data packages to loot thr money. Please help …
