Hi, Mr. Anand GS / Mr. Suresh Babu.

My name is surendra kaitaapalli,[protected] I’m facing issues from day one 2018 to till date on paying the bill, power waiver, as I mentioned sent many mails and spoken to many customer care executives giving fake promises and closing the tickets like Bot.no use to talk with customers care executives hopeless and your nodal officer also is in Cc u can check below trail mail, no use, present issue is from 6+1 month pack oct 2020 to April 2021 no power waiver was revised even my location in box is port 1 I don’t know why, my bill due date 15 of april, and im follow up in with your executives for power waiver how disgusting it this, you check in account details every 7 months I need to call your executives and follow up them, Is this is the way u treat the customers, I will wait till 10 EoD for revise the bill if it not happens means please take ur box and keep it some where else.

Worst customer service, why I’m saying this because I facing from last 5 days, I think there is no super visors no audit no manager’s in your company no one monitor

I spoke to seven executives

1. Pavankumar : Issue not resolved promised to arrange call back from supervisor, as of now didn’t received. ( within 4hrs)

2. Spandana : same she said im taking complaint on this issue we arrange a call back to you, as of now not received ( within4 hrs)

3.Ramani : she promised to arrange call back and not yet received, these guys are simply reopen the ticket EoD it is automatically closed.

4. Deva: This guy even not listen to my query and call disconnected from his end. Need to take action on this person at least try to listen the query.

5.Naresh : he didn’t know any thing about plans and wavier, all the things asking me please give training, he also did the kept me.on hold and disconnected the call.

9. Manager/TL y.harshad Kumar. He promised that issue resolved with 4 hrs,

I’m follow up you team from April 2 onwards to pay the bill before due date please revise for 6+7 months, but they just credited 1 month ras 59, this is happening from 2018

Are your team and you guys are harassing me, I want permanent resolution on this issue not for every time I need to call for power waiver in future. If it not happens means please take ur box, I don’t provide a single unit.

If this is also not consern mail means please tell me whom should I contact.
