I have discontinued from act 2 days back i.e., on 10th April 2021 and unfortunately I had to reconnect the next day i.e., on 11th April 2021. And I had made my previous payment which is left due as I wanted my connection back soon. But from yesterday I had made more than 15 calls to customer support. Every time I call, they would only say that they will reconnect within 2-4 hours after I receive a call from their end for confirmation. I cannot understand 3 things here,
1. when I said to discontinue, they had forwarded my call to their local executive and they had 5 mins of chat with me and then they immediately within no time they disconnected the service. But when I am trying to reconnect, that too I have paid the complete bill, without even uttering a word. They started delaying it was already 30 hrs past, and they always say ACT acts fast.
2. After me paying the amount, they don’t even respond for hours, and I was waiting for their call. Because I not a kind of guys who abuses customer support, if at all I was, I could get the connection sooner. Now they don’t even connect to local distributor for his action on reconnection, which they did when I was trying to discontinue.
3. I think, a company has to lookup for continuing customer who buy for 6 months, but here it doesn’t happen.
ACT, you have to look into it.
