So I have disconnected my services from ACT and till now there is a single action taken and I got mail for refund but as for now its been more than 8 Business days and refund is not reflected Three different agent, three different answer, One said will get in 4 Business days, One said You will be receiving in 7 business days and timeline will be 17 July 2021 before 7PM
Now when I contacted on 18 July, they said refund policy is different ticket is open it take time you need to wait and all and asked me to wait for 15 Business days
They all just think we customer are fool, they provide there services so fastly
And at the time of disconnection they just go away for refund related issues and other such issues, i raised a complain for wiring removal as well hut they say no worries let it be there technician will come and remove this later.
