I have disconnected my Act Fibernet broadband connection on 1st June 2021. Since I have already paid a subscription for one year, I raised a refund request on 17th June 2021. It’s been more than two weeks since I haven’t received my refund. I have made several requests through Customer care and email but no use. I would like to get my refund as soon as possible.
