I availed ACT service of Act Strom 3M from Dec 2020, till date.
I am repeatedly facing the problem of speed. while installation they have given me the router of Tenda AC 1200 MU-MMIMO DUAL, MODEL NUMBER AC10

I have raised the complaint to nodal officer and appallete manager 3 times and every month from JAN 2021 6 to 7 times i raise concern in customer care ACT.
The technician who used to attend the complaint by name Pavan used to say the router supports 1200MBPS.
Till now I was under the impression that the router is supported and has the capacity of more than 300MPBS.
Today one of the customer care executives said that the router which they have provided supports only 200 MBPS speed and insisted that I should upgrade the router by going to 6 months plan.
Below are the concerns:
1. Router was provided by ACT at the time of installation for the Stom 3M plan which is for 300 MBPS.
2. I am complaining repeatedly that I am getting less speed.
3. Installation person said me that the router will support till 1200MBPS at the time of installation
4. Without addressing the issue they are closing the tickets
5. Now ACT people are asking me to pay for the router by changing my plan to a 6 months plan.
This is totally misleading of the customer and misusing his money by giving wrong information and assets to the customer.
