As per attached invoice, an order was placed on 24.05.2020 for Predator 193 FG Shoes. Refund/Replacement was sought since the shoes were not of correct size. The product was returned and confirmed its receipt by adidas.
On 23 June 2020, Team Adidas (Name was not mentioned) informed that returned product failed in quality check process as the product was received ‘’without brand box’’. Quote: We will be unable to process your return/refund request further ’’Unquote.
After many email communications with customer care adidas team, the reply was that it was forwarded to the concerned team .The last mail of adidas was received on 13 Aug 2020.The issue is neither solved nor it was escalated to higher team of adidas.
I would like to submit the following :
1. The product was returned with same packing which was received, and the adidas team courier agency also made video film and said packing is also ok. I asked video film from adidas which was never shared.
2. I asked quality team report which was never shared. It may so happen that the either courier agency did not handed over the same packing or adidas team did not forwarded the same packing to quality check department.
3. I asked phone nos/emails of higher team or management which was never shared till date.
4. While ordering, it was never mentioned what consists of your packing details as to how many pouches or tags, boxes would be there i.e this product also being dispatched with so many packing boxes/tags etc. Your courier agency also did not acknowledge that they have handed over the original packing with details.
In view of above points, I therefore request to please review the status of refund and escalate this issue to higher management.
Please solve this issue within 10 days otherwise I shall be free to take any legal action/Media/online sharing of this issue at your risk and cost.
