I've purchased a pair of Adidas Shoes, which article no. 333235, Cash Memo No. 203/10101, Dated 24/Nov/2010. My complaint as below:
1. Shoe size different with each other.
2. Both of shoes colour is mismatch with each other.
When i complaint to show room's phone number[protected], and asked the complaint he ignored and suggest me to go "Consumer Court"
Plaese suggest me what is the next step to do aganist this complaint.
