I bought two T shirts from Adidas – Factory Outlet in Motinagar, New Delhi, One of the T shirt lost shape with in 15 Days & I went to the outlet & registered the comlaint on 11th Nov 2009, now even after 3 & 1/2 months they are not providing me the replacement,I ve visited the outlet serveral times & they are not giving me the satisfactory reason for the delay.
the purchase date for the same is 10th Oct 2009 vide bill no.SC9/3283, artical no.313111.
