We recently shifted from Pune to Noida and there were 44 items but we received only 42 items. Two items out of which one is the refrigerator and another one are Almira are missing. For the last 8 days we are following up with them and every day either they don’t pick our calls or they say it will reach in 2 days. From the last 8 days, 2 days are not completed. We want our items to be delivered as soon as possible. And a proper explanation and tracking of the items. Yesterday they told us that the items are in Gurgaon and today they are saying it’s in Jaipur. Few items got damaged due to improper packaging but we are not even complaining of those.
We trusted Agarwal packers and movers and paid extra just for the guarantee of delivery but our experience is not at all good.
