Recently I shifted my household items from Kolkata to Bangalore via APML with consignment number GCSLTK[protected].
On 24th March 2021 the items got delivered and we found most of the item damaged due to negligence of the staff.
In Kolkata all 34 items loaded into a small Tata Ace truck. I shocked… I requested not to do so, but they were saying Rs. 1500 will be charged for a single trip, so they will load everything in a single small truck to save cost. I have uploaded the photo of loaded truck as a proof.
From 24th March onwards I am calling Mr. Suresh who is in charge of insurance & repair from APML Bangalore. But everyday he is making wrong commitment and wasting my time.
After 6 days still APML could not repair the items, so I am unable to settle in my home. Also as Puja ghar damaged unable to start our regular Puja.
I never expected this service like this from APML. I could have chosen other movers packers company with less cost and better service.
Uploaded all the photos of damaged items and proofs.
1. Steel Almirah (Original Godrej) – Very badly damaged. Looks like thrown from up.
2. Wooden Puja Ghar – Very badly damaged. Multiple places broken.
3. Microwave & its wooden table – All the Wheels broken.
4. Queen size Steel Bed & Matress – Damaged
5. Wooden Maharaja Sofa (3+1+1) – Damaged in multiple places.
6. 15 cartoon for cloth, glass item, steel item – Few items broken.
7. Wooden Shoe Rack
8. Easy chair wooden
APML is collecting complete charge beforehand, so that in case of damage customer will be behind APML. Now I do not have any option apart from request to APML staff and raise my voice in all public social media forum.
I hope this will help to resolve my problem soon.
