While booking the flight ticket air asia sent me a payment link i made the payment on that link money got deducted but air asia didn't receive the amount. Air asia confirmed me that they haven't received any payment within 7-14 working days it will be refunded to you if has been deducted they said to confirm the booking make the payment on same link again. So again i made the payment 2nd time it got confirmed. I haven't received any refund yet.
