I have travelled on 27th april 2019, due to manual entry process, one of my baggage missed and i registered complaint in the same day. The baggage missed due to the manual entry process. We have travelled out of delhi on the same day and i have purchased all the new cloths. I need to claim and again i have registered complaint manually in air india airport but there is no update from air india. Complaint no is 22909.
If i didn't get any update from air india team will register complaint in consumer court.
