Two days back i booked a ticket from air India website, due to certain issues i had to immideatly reschedule the date and post pone it for one day. There was no such service on the website nor was the cancellation option working. I called up customer care several times and every time they would take my details and put me on hold for 1 hour or even more. I have been trying to contact them on Twitter, however no response whatsoever. These are ways of cheating the consumer and causing acute distress.
