Air India — delay in baggage with no updates

My parents have travelled from DEL-IAD on 12th June via flight AI103 (PNR Reference JGVMF)
To their misery the flight was delayed and diverted to Bombay. The flight was further delayed by 4 hours and to add to the problem all the luggage from the flight was unloaded and the flight was sent to IAD without luggage for all the passengers.

At IAD airport the form was filled and till date (15th June) there is no status update on when the luggage will arrive at the address provided. My parents are old and senior citizens and have not been able to take their important and critical medication due to all this. They continue to run with risking their lives without the necessary things.
This is inhuman, insane on Air india’s Part.
I want to take them to court for this act of theirs.

Kindly treat this as a formal complaint against them.
