Air India — flight missed due to negligence of ground staff

Sir i had a flight on 13 may 2019 from bangalore to ranchi via bhubaneshwar. When i shown pnr :-j44yy, to the counter they given me one boarding pass and told me to go the gate no 1. After that i proceed to security clearance and then after security clearance i reached gate no 1 and waited for flight till around 11:00 am. But that flight number which was printed on boarding pass noy showing on screen it than i doubted and enquired to air india staff. They told me your flight is already take off and you missed the flight. Then they said that through wrong boarding pass you entered. Bangalore to bhubaneshwar boarding pass not there only bhubaneshwar to ranchi boarding pass given to me. The air india staff is telling that several time tried to call you but your call was not reachable. I also confirmed them that i didn't get any call from your side. I talked to manager of air india also but they he is telling that no show is showing, so we can not tdo anything even though they are accepting there fault. They told me to make complain online through mail. Due to negligence of your staff i lost my money and flight also. So this was total scenario which happened to me and i miss my flight because of ground staff negligence who has given me wrong boarding pass.. So therefore i request your kind office please return my money. Or else provide me a same journey on next date.
