Booked a ticket for Rs 4993/- through Ease My Trip for DEL-BLR by Air India to travel on 23.08.2020.
This ticket was cancelled on 18.08.2020 but the refund has been received only Rs 437/- however it would have been min Rs 3000/-
I have been following with the agency i.e. Easemytrip as well as with Air India Customer Care since the last 8 months but in vain.
Air India customer care says – get in touch with the agency and the agency says that they have been trying but not unable to get any response from Air India.
