Hi Team,

My brother booked flight for himself and for his family from London to Delhi (travel date -4th may) and Delhi to London (travel date – 27th may).
Due to personal reasons, he couldn't travel on 4th May.
And booked another ticket and travelled on 10th May instead.

Complaint :
When he arrived on 27th may, he was told by air line staff that his returning ticket is automatically cancelled due to no show of onward journey.
They cannot board me until he buy new ticket and he was forced to pay 70k INR to get new ticket and he got harassed in front of public and airline staff, his family got scared by their behavior due to which he has to pay the amount as he cannot let them go alone. They forced to pay the huge amount by forcing and creating condition that only 10 minutes are left you want it ot not?

1. I wanted to know, why his returning journey was cancelled without informing him or emailing him?

He was forced to buy new ticket of 70k, when he was already holding ticket but your staff told him that they cannot consider my original ticket.

This all has happened due to unprofessional behaviour and non communication by Air India.

Who is going to compensate that?

I will never ever refer anyone Air India flight, this type of behavior is restricting to change India Image in front of world. Stop doing this and start treating humans like humans.

2. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

I am attaching my ticket details for your reference.
