Actually I booked AI 126 from Delhi to Hyderabad for 14.6.19. It was about to start at 1715hrs. from Delhi. But they announced at 1700 hrs that it will start at 1730 hrs. But finally started at 1815 and landed at hyderabad at 2050 hrs. Baggage received at 2130hrs. Because of this I was not able to board the bus from hyderabad to chennai scheduled at 2115 hrs. But I have to be there at Chennai on 15.6.19. I am a central govt. Officer. For official purpose I am going to chennai. But counter staff were unable to help.Mental tension and I lost the bus ticket amount of Rs.1984.50. I request you to compensate for my monetary loss and mental stress.
