On 13th July I tried to reschedule my flight from Bhubaneswar to Mumbai for 2nd August 2021 through my open e ticket. Customer service team assured that they have scheduled the ticket for the above mentioned date and I will get mail confirmation with PNR details within 24 hours, however I didn’t receive any mail confirmation.
I tried to reach out to customer service team on 14th July, but I was surprised to know that it was not scheduled on 2nd August 2021. I have recorded the entire conversation and can share as proof.
This is pathetic customer experience.
