I had booked 2 tickets online for my family. one from Guwahati to Coimbatore and the other one to Bengaluru on different dates. during the first nationwide lockdown those were cancelled. After the re opening of airlines services neither i could reschedule nor getting refund even after sending mails and contacting customer care numbers. Finally they are not even answering calls. It’s been more than a year. I need an explanation for the poor service and I want immediate refund.
