I have been double charged for airtickets .I have contacted and mailed Airindia customer support many a times, even visited air India office in person, still a refund is not given .It’s delayed for nearly 5 months now, please help me with refund . Case ID: 07268372 was opened for this with Airindia . E-commerce team also not responding to mails .
