I would like to bring to your notice that I have not received any refund for my ticket. I have contacted many times to this [protected]@airindia.in email id and even via air India customer care(Toll Free number), still there is no positive response from your side. every time I have received a response that refund has been initiated and I have even given a refund reference number 09********KJW, but when I’ve contacted the bank, they told me if the refund was issued by Air India, it would automatically reflect in my account(Credit Card).
Some days ago when I emailed e-commerce and escalated the issue, I was told that I would get the refund in 7 days. But there is no refund credited to my account.
I have received this mail from your side long back
“With reference to your below mail, we want to inform you that as we checked your ticket PNR:YQWV4 status it’s showing refunded on 28th December 2020 with refund reference number 098CS14395KJW. So kindly get in touch with your bank.”

I request you to please refund the money either to my card or to my bank account, As it’s been a long time from October 2020 to May 2021. But still there is no refund initiation from your side. I please request you to look into this matter at the utmost priority and please make sure that this time the refund should be issued/initiated and credited
Now please make sure that refund has been generated and credited to my account. Please process it as soon as possible sir. Please. It’s a sincere request from my side. Please.
It’s a matter of around 27 thousand rupees and it’s not a small amount for me. Please try to understand.
