I have booked Wheelchair Service for my Aunt, who was travelling from Ahmedabad to Toronto on Air India operated flight on 10th June 2019. They have not provided Wheelchair for my Aunt even after many time requested by her. Worst Airline Staff behaviour at Ahmedabad Airport. Even after booking the wheelchair request on their website and by customer care call centre, they didn’t provide the services and not even behaved like a human beings.
