I am Boopesh from Coimbatore, I had booked a ticket from Tiruchirappalli to Singapore for the date of 23/05/2021 (Booking copy attached)PNR : TPIBOX. Due to covid 19 pandemic Singapore government had closed its borders for entry. So I had cancelled my ticket on 20/05/2021(cancellation copy attached) and they had charged penalty of Rs5000-/ . During this pandemic most of the airlines never charge penalties and support their customers. But air india express even after charging for penalties they can’t able to refund for past one month and asking me to be patient, whenever I email them through their customer support mail ID I had attached those conversations. Also don’t know how long to patient and wait for the refund amount of Rs:15334-/. I kindly request you to go through my situation and do us the needful.
