I m user of airlink broadband service in surat with user id amit_824.Services provided by them are so poor that in last 10 days i have complained abt the disconnection of inernet 3 to 4 times and to resolve it they take 3 working days.once it get connected the very second day i found it again disconnected, the same is going on for last 10 to 12 days.we are unable to work on it.All the shameless customer care executives and the whole airlink team are making fun of there customers as we are prepaid customers…neither the speed nor the cpnnectivity is near to the mark they commited at the time of selling there plans.
