I am AirTel post paid customer for the past 22 years and during these years I faced problems just two times, one when I changed my residence/Circle in 2019 and second now in Mar._Apr.2012 bill cycle.
I talked to customer care executive on 28th April 21 and apprised him about the discrepancy in the bill ( some ISD calls and SMS were included/charged ) I asked the executive when ISD call facility is not activated in my SIM then how come ISD calls were done from this number, he in return gave the justification that there are two types of ISD call facility etc, etc. finally he raised a complaint and told me that within 48 Hrs i may get reply. Yes within 48 Hrs I received reply through SMS and mail that Rs.165 has been waived off from your bill but nowhere it was mentioned deduction under which head. I received a massage complaint resolved, please pay immediately. I again call customer care, the executive could not justify the waive-off amount and reopened the complaint. Since then I am waiting for the reply instead am getting regular text massages and the emails regarding depositing the bill amount with a threatening that connection may be discontinued. See how you people are concerned about your money and least about the customer who generates all this money for you.
I replied to all mails and SMS, some were delivered and some undelivered with a massage “address not found”.
My request is to please take up the matter on priority and resolve.
