My name is Arjun, my mumber is [protected].
And i have a unlimited pack currently active.My plan is RC379. But the issue is i don’t have the unlimited download option in wynk music app, please advise me the reason. Why am i not having the free unlimited download option on my Wynk app. Is it for specific people only. Then why is it mentioned in airtel thanks app as free wynk music for recharge of rc 379.
As per Airtel customer care wynk music is free for the consumers who do a unlimited pack recharge. In my case i have a active unlimited pack but still wynk music is not available on my number/account. Please take action

Survey had Done From Network Team

4 times Network team visited to my location..they provide me the main person who is holding my Complaint and not trying to Resolve thr Complaint and I had spoked also with him

His name is Shailesh bhagdane Airtel Zonal Manager of Jalna Sales and Network both he is handling he doesn’t know the knowledge of Customer is not satisfy with the network then he should hear the customer Complaint on priority basis

Forget about the Customer if customer had Esclated the matter to them and Esclation team Had Forward my Complaint and Concern to Network team of Jalna he should work according to my Complaint

He is straight away ignoring my Complaint and not hearing the concern after Intimating to him

Please Take Necessary Action Against Shailesh bhagdane Sir Jalna Zonal Manager [protected]..

I m Ready to Give my land for network Tower installation and doesn’t bother about thr package what Company will provide to me…I just want network with good Coverage that Entire Public will get the Facilities of Network Coverage

I want to Port my airtel number ([protected]) in jio . So I need UPC code from airtel. But they are not providing me UPC code . They are sending me this massage, ( UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.)
Then I visited airtel store for this problem, but they are unable to solve this problem.

They are not providing me UPC code for Port my number.

We are suffering from mental illness as out neighbor installed mobile tower in his roof.Recidents complained many times but come up with no solution. We are now helpless what to do..

We request you to please uninstall this cell tower from here. His address is B-352 pulak city near silicon city Rau Indore.

I had requested for a new sim connection yesterday 3/7/21 just now i got a call from a girl saying we couldn’t visit ur location today monday we’ll be able to deliver ur sim to ur location she was asking multiple questions n she was not at all behaving professional she was talking to me just like she is talking to her freind she asked me many questions lastly she said “ Madam lena hoga too call karo “ that was very rude i was calmly answering her questions n she hung up very unprofessional service AIRTEL

Dear Authority,

My cellphone has been stolen/lost which having airtel SIM. I purchased a duplicate SIM from Airtel Store (Vishrantwaadi, Pune) on 3rd July 2021.
I have been communicated by Airtel Customer Care Agent that SIM will be active in 4-5 hours But it has been more than 20 hours and SIM is still not active.

My all bank accounts and important details linked with this number.

Could you please take some action on urgent basis.

I purchased a new prepaid sim today from an Airtel store
I was told to wait for 30 mins before I start the activation process
It has been more than 3 hours and I see no signal on my phone
I have tried different phones
I don’t know my new number and the customer care agents at Airtel are not providing any help
I have the sim details ie the 20 digit aim number and the imsc number
I have tried powering on and off the device, inserting reinserting sim etc.. but nothing works
I was charged 50 rs, yet got no reciept . They didn’t provide me the mobile number either
In these corona times, I want to mimimize my exposure, yet I am having to visit Airtel store multiple times.
Doorstep kyc is not available and I live in a major city -Chennai
I was expecting better service from Airtel, otherwise I would have just gone with some of the more economical carriers
