My airtel payment bank no. Is [protected]. I order fastag on 19th december 2019. I mailed him in 'we care' in january and start to trying to know about my fastag. Every time they give 48 hours time. When one months and over spent here no any resolution of my order after that i am saying to him i have complained about it in rbi than they sent my fastag on 30 th january after that here is no option for activate. Then i called and mailed him every time again give 48 hours time. When 48 hours time over i again call and mailed they said to me for, 24 hours wait. I wait but again that time is over then i call today then they again say for 48hours. But here no resolution of my problem. One and half months over here many problems on toll many time it's take double charges. Who is responsible for that charges which i spent without my mistake. Last time my airtel bank case no.
