I am suthahar, regular customer of airtel mobile services & utilizing online recharge facility my mob no [[protected]] and [[protected]]. The both airtel number connection name is mine [ suthahar]. I am using airtel sims for last 15 year. And i used regularly done the recharge for airtel app only. The both airtel sim connection is i used for official and personnel purpose.
For my mob no [[protected]] had done from my airtel app for the recharge of rs, 1448 by 24th jan 2020 and we got the same benefit and validity as normal.
For my mob no [[protected]] i was tried today (06th feb 2020) for online recharge of rs. 1448. But, i unable to recharge the amount and got the message for technical error. After few seconds, i got received airtel app pop message with offer and details of recharge on rs, 1448. I was done as same recharge of rs.1448 successfully, but this amount was reflected from my another no [[protected]]. Already this number have balance and validity. Please revert the online recharge amount of rs. 1448 with my official number [[protected]].
