On 5th march 2021 I came to DUBAI my Airtel sim [+91 [protected]] was working fine with DU network till 1 week. Now my sim is showing NO SERVICE since one month I have tried every possible way to tell Airtel customer service to look into my issue but they are not replying now. My friend is also having an Airtel sim in DUBAI and his sim is working fine with no recharge at least he is having network on his phone. I contacted Airtel customer they told me my complaint is been registered and it would be resolved by 19th April 2021 and now they have closed my complaint without informing me and I also contacted them on Instagram but they didn’t respond to me there as well at the time of writing this, it is 23th April 2021 and my sim is still not showing any network. I request them to activate my sim as I will be not able to go to India due to Covid-19 and I Don’t want my sim to be deactivated I can do a recharge of whatever amount they will ask for only after I will have network on my sim . I am facing issues while getting an OTP also. Please tell me a proper solution so that my sim can work here and give me a reason why my friends sim is working fine but not mine .
