On 12th of May 2021, I recharged my airtel number in airtel thanks app using Google pay. The rechargeable amount was deducted from my bank account but I received a message from customer care saying there is some technical issue and so on at 12:09 am
The message said as below :
We are experiencing technical issue at our end. We will refund or recharge with your selected denomination in next 2 hours. Regret the inconvenience.
So I waited till the next morning but didn’t get any info or refund. Then I again recharged and the same thing happened with same message. This was on 12th of May 2021, at 7:51 am
So please can I get my refund asap.
