I have ordered a hair band and the ajio customer care service is pathetic and nobody is responding and this is not the first time its happening. I have written an email and nobody is responding.I have almost written them 7-8 times asking them to place the return request for the product but nobody is responding. I wrote to the grievance officer but still no response. If there is nobody answering why is there a customer care service for them? Whenever I am trying to return the product its showing ‘There are no items to return’
