I had placed an order worth of Rs 3763, on 4th August 2021. The app debited the amount from my account as I received the alert from my bank . But they hadn’t created an order ID and send the message of order being placed . As I didn’t have the ID I couldn’t access any details or track the order or get any solution to either cancel and get refund at all . Numerous times I sent email but no solution . Even I after applying a previous complaint to consumer forum all they did was sent to the same email with no solution .

It’s almost months ago but i still didn’t get my order why ajio?? Whenever I check my order it showing return to seller.. It’s okay if my order return to seller but I want my money back where is my money?? I still didn’t get my money and ajio customercare policy is worst ever.. Many times I called or send email but still no response from them. This app is the worst app ever😡
On the 5th of August, I tried placing an order on AJIO using my debit card, money got debited but the transaction failed and the order didn’t place. It’s been nearly a week and AJIO still hasn’t initiated my refund yet. I’ve called them daily but they’ve always said we’ve raised the complaint and it will get resolved. I have visited the bank and enquired, they said payment has reached ajio side. The transaction was successful. I don’t know what to do now.
I placed an order and the amount debited from my account(through Google pay) but the order is not confirmed yet . This is the second time I’m facing the same issue. Tried to contact to ur executive but it’s not working.
I had rs. 1319 in my ajio wallet but it was deducted from my wallet without me ordering anything. I was trying to order using the money in my ajio wallet and i tried to pay the rest of the amount from netbanking but the transaction failed. I received no message of spending the money from my ajio wallet .The amount from my ajio wallet was deducted and i want my money back. I have filed a case with national consumer helpline case no. 2897414
Today morning I had ordered a shirt from AJIO of ₹564. The money got deducted from my bank account once via transaction ID (T2108090638383332024499) but the order was not placed. Then again I placed the order later after 8 mins by paying ₹564 via transaction ID (T2108090646430346981894) .Again the money got deducted but order was not placed. Later I received only one refund of ₹564 via transaction id[protected]. What about my other refund as i paid twice for the same product?
I have not received my refund for a jeans and a shirt and its been so many days trying to have a call with customer care personnels but nobody is picking my phone and i have also mailed my issue to the customer care couple of times but no response from their side.
I have purchased a product and returned it still amount is not reflecting in my account plss do check my ordr or i will raise complaint on you
