I bought a jeans from ajio and later I return it because of size issue. My refund was initiated on 2nd July but still I didn’t receive it. I make two phone calls on ajio customer care, but there is no progress. My order no. is FL[protected]

I had ordered a product for my Mum’s Birthday on 17th June which i received on 22nd June. However, there were size issues and I needed to return that product, but there was no EAN number without which the product couldn’t be picked up and twice the pick up got failed. I have written numerous emails, tried calling up thousand of times yet no response. To each mail they reply that ‘Sorry we couldn’t reply to your previous email, please visit Self-help section for further assistance.” THAT’S ALL!!!
The self help option shows the status as return failed, I can’t create another request nor they pick up the calls ever. This is a sheer wastage of my money given the fact that I am a student and I DO NOT EARN. Once a representative did pick up the call but she refused to provide the EAN number despite me telling her over and over that I can’t return that product without this code, yet she said we can’t provide this code to you. This is ridiculous. I even tried registering complain with the National Consumer Helpline but even they are of no use; they asked me to file a court case against AJIO. For a thousand rupee product, invest 10000 more. HILARIOUS!!!
I want my money back and this useless product can stay with them.

See I have ordered a top from them it was received without tag and I am trying to return so they are not takeing back but koi nahi from know I have decided that I will just delete this app and never shop back from them coz it’s just as bad as you can’t even expect aisa pehali barr nahi hua hai 6 th time hai ye but know it’s not acceptable it’s last time I will one more time try to return agar hoo gaya toh thik hai coz today it’s last day of return like I am trying from 1 month to return this again and again so ab ho ya na ho but I can say one thing ki aise her chalta raha na so ajio ab kuch hee din chale ga coz customer experience is one of the things which also very important from know back to my favorite😍 app flipkart is the best and ajio is the worst 👎👎 so please don’t buy anything from them even customer service don’t pick up the phone always busy and busy even one day I waited for 32 mins still busy so worst app in short I would say
I received a wrong product, also the product which I ordered was of GAP brand and I received a product of MINI KLUB brand which has a tag of GAP brand. How could this be done and is not acceptable at all as they are playing with the sentiments of customers and cheating on customers also violating the copyright rules of both the brand’s by selling a product of different brand with a different tag. Pathetic customer service call gets connected in 30-40 minutes. No means to connect easily Horrible.
One of my product that I ordered is canceled automatically by the ajio & other 2 products that I returned back none of them refund price is initiated yet. I didn’t received any refund after 7-8 days also. I called customer care also but they didn’t received😡.
Worst service wen we placed the request for return n exchange people don’t even bother to call the customers instead auto generated mails n msgs will b popping up worst app which I have ever used in my life
Here is my order id: FL[protected]. Due to the wrong address which I selected I cancelled the order on July 2nd 2021. But as per Ajio they have initiated refund for Return ID#RT39664598 on 7th July and I was supposed to the get the refund after 7-9 business days. But still I haven’t got it.I have sent several mails to grievance.[protected]@ajio.com but there is no response so far. Please do the needful
My product was picked up since before the 12 days ago, but still my amount was not reflected on my account. Is this the way to treat with the customers. Such a worst experience with the ajio app.
