When called back, the agent named Ashish disconnected the call abruptly and did not transfer the call to supervisor, as promised
The call gets connected after 20 mins of minimum wait time and now the supervisor named Sabiya promised resolution in 24 hours along with a manager call back in 1 hr
These people have tortured me, kept my money with them and behaved inappropriately when contacted them
