I placed an order with the app (a backpack) and received a wrong product (a hand carry bag) on 3rd June. Since then i have been just asking for updates about the refund and pickup for the wrong product with no valid response. A huge amount of 12700 is stuck with them and they are cancelling my return without any valid reason. I have uploaded the pictures of the wrong product and the customer care executives can see that a different product has been delivered to me but there is no solution. I just receive an auto generated replies to be contacted within 2 days and it never happens. The most unprofessional team that i have ever come across.
