With immense dissatisfaction and frustration I am writting to you again, that I had ordered 3 frocks for my daughter and received 3 Tshirt instead of that. So, I had initiated a return request because I had got a wrong product.
It seems I had received someone’s else product with my name written on it.
Because of that the EAN number are not matching with the wrong products I received. And the exchange of the product was not done.
How many more days I had to bear this harassment. It seems I had made a big mistake by buying product from AJIO.
1. Received Maroon colored Tshirt – Instead of Printed A-line Dress with Cold-Shoulder Sleeves which I ordered.
2. Received Mustard colored Tshirt – Instead of Lemon Print Button-Down Tiered Dress which I ordered.
3. Received Blue colored Tshirt – Instead of Polka Dot Print A-line Dress with Cold-Shoulder Sleeves which I ordered.
