I ordered one lehnga from all eyes over here of an amount rs. 1900/- on 21.11.2019, i had received the product on 23.11.2019 but the quality of the product is too cheap so i had to returned.
They don’t have any return policy only have the exchange policy, so after too many messages for more than one month i got the reply that deliver it to the this address and with the 150 rs for delivery and i had paid extra 140 rs. To dtdc for returning the product. I had couriered the product on 26.12.2019 and they received the same on 30.12.2019.
Now they are not sending the exchanged product after giving so many reminders.
I request a refund please resolve the matter at the earliest.
I have all the proofs of their chats, courier receipt, product photos etc (Attaching for your reference)
