I have purchased NEET UG Test series 2021 through SBI NET Banking Rs. 1750.00. through SBI NET Banking on 05.06.2021. Payment has been completed successfully but confirmation email has not generated my registered mail id. I complained to the bank and they replied to me as below.

I also received a mobile massage that time showed me Ref. code i.e IGALGHPFF4 on my registered mobile no on 05.06.2021.
