I am a regular user of alliance broad band basic basic plan – area – baguiati, local operator – feeling cable tv.
Every month they have a network outage of at least 2-3 days during which the internet does not work and they do not provide quality service / support to ensure restoration of the service within a day.
Last month my internet service was disrupted for more than 6 days and there was neither any communication about the reasons of disruption nor were they kind enough to apologise on the service outage.
Having said that, i would say – alliance is good but the service/service providers are pathetic. You would more repent on why did you choose this over the other when you have already deep dived into this useless stuff & have nothing to do but to quit the connection.
