I booked one unit at thirumazisai project on 16th september. And due to financial crisis, i have asked for advance refund as part of cancellation procedure on 9th october along with sending cancellation mail.
As per thier process, they said it will take 45 days of time to settle. But until now i have not received my refund. It is almost 80 days.
I am not supportive for refund process from the sales person. Even the crm is not responding well to my grievance raised.
I don’t find any proper chanel to escalate this issue.
Does any one knows their higher end officials to make a complaint. Please share their mail id. I am finding difficult to find out their higher officials mail id.
