Amazon India — amount deducted twice by machine through card payment

The payment was done through card payment of RS.1350 on 14th September 2019 but then the delivery person said that the machine has switched off. So he told her to do the payment again. After which the amount was deducted 2 times from my account. From the last 6 months I've been calling Amazon and talking to every new customer care and explaining the issue every time and yesterday I was told to file the complaint here. I request the procedure be completed at the earliest time possible as already a lot of time has passed.
