This is Srikanth from Hyderabad, had recently ordered a product from Amazon India with Order Number #[protected] for which the said date of delivery was 27th Jul’21 which is prime delivery. Issue is said product reached final delivery station on 27th Jul’21 and i being in the same city till now the delivery dint happen inspite of calling repeatedly every day executives are not giving any information of where the product is and what is causing the delay and there is no mail communication also that product is getting delayed until today when i asked the senior folk to drop a mail regarding the same.

Please take necessary action on the amazon transportation services and the customer care to ensure timely information is actually given to the customer.

Also help me in expedite the product delivery.
