Amazon India — Boat airdopes return but amount not credited in my sbi account

I had returned a product to amazon, and i got a message from amazon that i will get my amount from 28/6/21 to 2/7/21.amazon also give me a transaction refund reference number. But ultimately i didn’t not get money till now.this is message from amazon–
Your refund for the order[protected] of Rs.1799.00 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by Next 5 business days.

The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].

In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above Refund Reference Number. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

Sbi bank says that it is not our fault, this is issue of amazon.
