Horrible Experience with Amazon where I ordered a “Samsung 345L 3 Star Inverter Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator (RT37T4513S8/HL, Elegant Inox, Convertible)” from Amazon on 9th May 2021 under Order#[protected] with an exchange of my older refrigerator. Amazon team delivered the product on 11th May and took away my old refrigerator at the same time. Today, on 12th May, when the brand engineer came to install it and unpacked, we saw multiple dents on the new refrigerator (looks like damage in transit) so I called up Amazon to replace the product.
The conversation with the amazon team made me realized what a horrible mistake it has been to order a product as expensive as 33000/- from them because the team was absolutely remorseless and said there is no replacement product available and that they can cancel my order and I can place a new order.. Amazon absolutely refused to replace it for me with alternate option and to my shock they refused to send my old refrigerator back to me despite cancelling my order. for everything the robotic call center staff had one answer “Not possible”, “not a process”… When asked for a supervisor, I was told call back will be arranged after 48 hours, when I asked to arrange sooner, I was again told “Process” is that supervisor call takes 48 hours. And the fact that I will have to be managing without a refrigerator in this summer was no concern for Amazon team… I want them to return my old fridge back i they are cancelling my order or send me a replacement/ alternate replacement.
