I ordered realme buds wireless in-ear bluetooth with mic (Green) on 20th jan 2020, when i got the product, i checked it, and it was different color and not working properly.
I was asked for a replacement order and then got a replacement product on 23 january 2020, at which time i got the completely different brand, different color and different model. Its look like used headset also.
I contacted amazon cs team, they made a return request, the product was picked up on 24 january 2020, amazon executive checked the product thoroughly and then he picked up the product.
I have not received a refund yet, i have attached the image below for your reference. Please try to take quick action on this issue.
